SCCH 2015 is the fifth conference on scientific computing and cultural heritage to be held at Heidelberg. The conference brings together scientists from applied mathematics and computer science on the one hand and researchers in cultural heritage projects on the other hand. The main topic is the application of scientific computing techniques to improve research work in areas such as art history, archaeology, transcultural studies and similar topics.

Abstract submission deadline: May 15th 2015

SCCH 2015 will feature mini sessions on predefined topics as well as general session for the presentation of new methodology and/or ongoing project work. Invited key lectures complement the conference program and introduce participants into details of this vibrant new interdisciplinary field.

The organizing committee especially encourages students to present their research work in the student poster session. Four student contributions will be invited to give an oral presentation in special student section of the conference. The best student presentation will be honoured with the SCCH student presentation award.
